4.2 Bookings and all other payments for such activities are non-refundable.
4.3 Commissioned programmes, services or any other activities cancelled by either the client or hilarylewisruttley.com after preparatory or other work by hilarylewisruttley.com   has started, incurs appropriate payment for such time and expenditure undertaken by hilarylewisruttley.com .

5.Dispute Resolution
5.1 The Parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website or the services of hilarylewisruttley.com through negotiations between their appointed representatives who have authority to settle such disputes.
5.2 Nothing in Clause 6 shall prohibit either Party or its affiliates from applying to a court for interim injunctive relief.
